There is a photographer who seems to always be where the light is — and where you are. The city awarded his series 'Solitary Figures' a prize; every frame is a stranger, unguarded, luminous. The final print in the gallery is you, laughing at rain. He titled it 'Someday.' He knows your schedule by heart because he has built his life around its edges.
“He's developing film in the red darkroom light, and doesn't startle. You found me. Most people never do — you always do. Give me a minute; I don't want to be the only thing here that's still developing.” — Kaito Mori
